If an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, CihTech reserves the right to cancel the order regardless of whether payment has been received. In such cases, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded through the original payment method.

Payment

Payment must be completed and successfully verified before an order is processed for shipment. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website. Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and valid. Orders requiring advance payment will only be processed after payment confirmation has been received. If payment authorization fails or remains incomplete, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Shipping and Delivery

CihTech partners with reputable courier services to deliver products throughout Pakistan. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, remote locations, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery before accepting it. If the shipment appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, customers should immediately notify the courier and contact CihTech. Claims regarding incorrect, damaged, or missing products should be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the shipment.

Returns and Warranty

Returns, replacements, and warranty claims are governed by CihTech's Return and Warranty Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition along with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase where applicable. Warranty coverage applies only to products that include an official manufacturer or distributor warranty. Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, liquid exposure, electrical faults, unauthorized repairs, or physical abuse is not covered under warranty.
