We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details.
The product’s colors may differ slightly from those shown on the website.
Chi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

No Waiver

If any party to any of these Terms and Conditions fails to enforce any right or remedy included in these Terms and Conditions, this shall not be deemed as a waiver of that right or remedy.

Placing an order

By using our online checkout method, you are considere to have placed an order with us. You will have the right to review your order and correct any mistakes during the checkout process. We’ll get you an order confirmation with a list of the products you’ve ordered, and then our agent will call you to confirm the order.

Your ability to terminate the contract applies to it (see below).

Any order you put for products advertised on our website constitutes an offer from you to buy the goods you’ve chosen. There is no agreement between you and us for the selling of any products until we have obtained and acknowledged your request (which we may do at our discretion). And if your invoice has been accepted automatically, we will consider your order until we dispatch it or give you an email confirmation.

We may refuse to accept an order if:

(a) We are unable to obtain payment authorization;

(b) There’s been a pricing or product information inaccuracy; or

(d) If the products you ordered are out of stock;

(e) If we don’t deliver to your area;

We will refund your account for every balance deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days of your order, whether we do not approve your order but have accepted your payment.

Payment

All of the options mentioned on our website can be used to make a payment. Payment is due prior to shipping. Your order will be canceled if payment fails. There will be no shipment until all funds are collected in full.

Online payment: All of your payment card information is encrypted using our safe server program. The method scrambles all of the data, preventing it from being intercepted by an unauthorized third party. Your browser will display a locked padlock icon or a picture of a padlock next to the payment information in the appropriate area of the website to ensure that you are shopping in a safe environment.

You commit to such checks if you agree these terms and conditions. Personal information submitted by you will be reported to a licensed Credit Reference Agency as part of these checks, and that information will be kept on file.

Right to cancel

You have the freedom to terminate this contract without providing a reason under 5 days.

The cancellation date will end 14 days after you obtain physical possession of the goods or the last good or the last lot or item, or a third entity other than the carrier that you have indicated acquires physical possession of the goods.

Risk of Loss/Damage

Any item purchased from Chi is made in accordance with a shipping contract. This simply implies that when we send certain goods to the courier, the risk of loss or damage during transit transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery

We will deliver the items you ordered as fast as possible to the address you provide for delivery, but no later than 30 days after you place your order. We reserve the right, however, not to make delivery outside of Pakistan until our ordering form allows it.

You will be asked to sign for the products ordered in good condition when you get your order. Please deny delivery if the shipment does not appear to be in good shape. Failure to do so can have an effect on any warranty statements you make later.

If the goods we deliver are not as you requested, are damaged or faulty, or are delivered in an inappropriate quantity, we will have no responsibility to you until you inform us in writing of the issue within 3 working days of receiving the goods in question at our email address.

We would have no responsibility against you if you do not get goods ordered from us within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them unless you inform us in writing of the issue within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
